What information should I display on my Letterheads?
Typically, it is advisable to include key information like your business name, address, contact details. If you are a registered company you must display the full company name, company registration number, registered office address and place of registration (e.g. registered in Malaysia).
You will want your Letterhead to match any existing stationery you may have, incorporating your logo, colour scheme, font and so on. If you do not already have your own print ready design, then our team of professional designers can work with you to create one.

Before you get started, it’s important to note that we print your business paper to A4 size, which is 210mm x 297mm, so set your artwork up at 216mm x 303mm to allow for a 3mm bleed on both sides. You’ll need to ensure your colour mode is set as CMYK, and that if you use any imagery it is high resolution only (at least 300dpi). If you use any special or branded fonts then you will need to either embed or flatten them to ensure they print correctly.

No matter the budget you are working to, we have the paper stock for you. Within our offering we have Two different options that are ideal for every occasion. Our value uncoated Simili (80gsm) paper is perfect for everyday use.
The classic Conquer (100gsm) paper type is a popular choice among many of our customers and is suitable for all communications.
We accept the artwork in the format of Pdf or Jpeg for document printing.
There is no minimum quantity, but the more you have the cheaper per unit. for offset (reasonable price) printing min order is 1000 pcs.
